When you select ‘Port Scan” the Data Receive window appears.

At this point you’d go to the CNC console-keypad and punch/send out a small program which easyDnc will analyse.

Don't worry about setting up baud rate or other data settings. In most cases easyDnc will do all that for you automatically.
